My goal is to reduce your stress, optimize your workflow, and help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. This way, you’ll have more time and freedom to focus on what truly matters—your patients—while also reclaiming time for yourself.

As important as my work is to me, I value a good balance between work and play! When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll likely find me practicing yoga, walking around Mt. Tabor, reading (always open to book recs!), or enjoying time with my friends. Basically, anything that lets me take a break from my computer and recharge!
