What does the process look like to start working together?

Schedule a FREE consultation call 

  • During the call we will go over your practice’s needs and goals, we have a list of curated questions we ask new clients to get a very clear idea of where your business is currently at, we will also answer any questions you have about our services.

Contract and Package Options

  • If you decide it sounds like a good fit after the consult call we will send over a sample contract as well as some package options for pricing. We are happy to go over these in more detail with you to ensure you understand the fee structure and contract details.

Onboarding

  • Once you pick a package and sign the contract we will begin our onboarding process! This includes:

    • Signing a BAA and HIPAA agreement

    • Have Google Meet meetings to get a clear understanding of your current processes (don’t worry if you don’t have these, we’ll set them up!)

      Our pricing reflects the high level of integration and responsive support we provide, which sets us apart from traditional billers and virtual assistants. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, our fees are tailored to meet the unique needs of your practice.

    • We offer hourly rates for short-term support or consulting on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to inquire about our hourly rates.

    • Our services are a perfect fit if you're looking to delegate daily, weekly, or monthly administrative tasks. Our ideal client is someone who wants to focus solely on direct patient care, leaving the rest to us. As independent contractors, we are hired to perform the services we excel at, with minimal guidance needed. Provided we have the necessary resources, we handle all research and troubleshooting to ensure tasks are completed accurately, without requiring you to hand-hold us through the process.
